Returns

- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items such as grains, flours, or any food products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping Costs
- The customer will bear the return shipping costs, except for cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exceptions
- Products that are damaged, tampered with, or used will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the refund is processed to a bank account, it may take additional time depending on the bank’s processing time.

- Any perishable goods, including but not limited to grains, flours, and other grocery items, are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to sharmajiattachakki@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for eligible items.
